Reneé uses a variety of techniques in her massage, but trigger point work is her forte'. She is certified in Neuromuscular Plus© (myofascial) therapy. She also uses deep tissue massage, reflexology, and Swedish massage. Reneé is proficient at sports massage, Japanese facials and hot stone therapy. She has also worked with pregnant women, athletes, and elderly clients.
Reneé cares for each of her clients and listens to their individual needs. She believes that with massage, she can help to make people feel better. It can help her clients to live their lives more fully, and give them a whole new perspective on any challenges in life they may be facing.
Danielle feels massage is very important for healing, not only from a physical sense, but emotionally and spiritually, as well. She is committed to working hard to fulfill her clients needs.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys jogging and spending time with friends and family.
Specializing in Swedish massage and trigger point therapy, Dawn believes that it is important to be good to yourself. She feels that massage is a great way to do something that is good for your health and well-being.
Lisa graduated from Lakeland Community College and has been licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board for over eight years. She is a member of the American Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Lisa is certified in pregnancy and stone massage. She is also trained in relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, chair massage and reflexology.
Lisa likes to use a variety of techniques based on the clients needs. Her massage is a combination of relaxation and therapeutic massage because she feels these styles are most beneficial to her clients. Lisa especially enjoys working the neck and back.
Lisa enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her friends and family.
Angel is a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage. She is also a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
Massage Therapy as a preventative therapy is what first attracted Angel to the profession. She believes one can feel their best if a problem never begins. "Massage can do so many positive things for one's mind and body!"
In her spare time, Angel enjoys biking, canoing and yoga.
Allie graduated from the massage therapy program at Lakeland Community College in 2010. What first attracted Allie to Massage Therapy was the medical element that comes together with the ability to connect with the clients on a personal level. "I like being able to use my training to create a change in people to make them feel better and more aware of their bodies."
Allie is especially interested in advancing her training in areas such as sport and rehabilitation massage, deep tissue massage, and reflexology.
In her spare time, Allie enjoys hiking, swimming, cooking and being with friends and family.
Heather graduated from Florida College of Natural Health and has been licensed in the state of Florida since 2004 and in the state of Ohio since 2012. She is also a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Heather is certified in neuromuscular therapy as well as trigger point work, sports related massage, TMJ massage, deep tissue, therapeutic, Swedish and chair massage. What drew Heather to massage was when she saw the benefits that it brought to people with chronic muscle pain. “I love the feeling of knowing I am able to help someone feel relief after being in pain for so long.” She enjoys working with clients and coming up with treatment plans to help facilitate their healing. She is also interested in furthering her education in other areas of massage as well.
